This Privacy Policy explains how the H&B Social Feed Plug-in handles personal data when users choose to connect their Facebook account.

1. Invite-only and optional use

The H&B Social Feed Plug-in is available only to users who are explicitly invited to use it.

Use of the plug-in is entirely optional. A user is only connected through the plug-in after they actively choose to sign in with Facebook and link their account.

This login is not used for general website access. It is used solely to enable the H&B Social Feed Plug-in functionality for invited users who have opted in.

2. Purpose of Facebook sign-in

Facebook sign-in is used only to allow the user to link their Facebook account or Facebook Page to the H&B Social Feed Plug-in.

This makes the selected Facebook Page accessible through the plug-in for the intended social feed functionality.

3. Data we store

The H&B Social Feed Plug-in stores only the link or reference needed to connect the plug-in to the user’s selected Facebook account or Page.

We do not store:

• Facebook profile information
• posts, messages, comments, or private content
• friends, followers, or contact lists
• passwords
• access beyond what is required to link the selected account or Page

No additional Facebook data is stored by the plug-in.

4. How the data is used

The stored link is used only to maintain the connection between the H&B Social Feed Plug-in and the selected Facebook account or Page.

The data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any unrelated purpose.

5. Removing the link

Users can remove the connection at any time by signing out inside the H&B Social Feed Plug-in.

When the user signs out, the stored link is deleted.

6. Data deletion and retention

Once the user signs out of the plug-in, the stored link is erased permanently.

There is no retention period. After removal, the data is not kept in backups, archives, logs, or any other storage controlled by the plug-in, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

7. User control

Users remain in control of whether they use the plug-in and whether their Facebook account or Page remains linked.

A user may disconnect at any time by signing out in the plug-in.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the stored link against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

Because the plug-in stores only the connection link and no further Facebook account information, the amount of personal data processed is intentionally limited.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published with an updated “Last updated” date.
